Wictor Arraes is the Founder & CEO of ARRAES PROPERTIES, an international real estate investment and development platform focused on high-conviction, data-driven opportunities. With over US$2 billion in direct transaction experience, he leads origination, underwriting, capital structuring, and execution across residential, commercial, and hospitality assets in the U.S., Brazil, and select global markets.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Wictor is the Head of the Residential Market Division, overseeing all strategic operations for the luxury segment in Miami. Including market intelligence, portfolio positioning, and investment strategy for high-value estates. His approach emphasizes rigorous due diligence, risk management, and institutional-grade governance throughout the investment lifecycle.
